1. Return Policy:

Return Period:
You can return products within 15 days of the date of delivery. Please ensure that the return request is initiated within this timeframe. 

Eligibility:

  1. The return request is made within 15 days of the date of delivery.
  2. The product is in its original packaging and must be unopened, unused and the shrink wrap should be intact.
  3. If a customer wishes to return a product due to personal preference or a quality-related issue, a standard reverse shipping charge of ₹50 will apply and will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, customers may choose to return the item to our warehouse using a courier service of their choice, at their own expense.
  4. We do not offer returns on bulk orders. (Orders above 5 quantities are counted as a bulk)


  5. For products purchased from a third-party platform, the return/replacement policy of the respective platform from which the product was purchased will apply.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect:

In the event of damage, defects, or incorrect products upon arrival, we offer a return window of 15 days. Please note that any damage or defects occurring during transit are beyond our control. If you face any such issues, kindly contact our support department within the return window of 15 days for assistance with a replacement or return of your order.
